one of the biggest things Wiston I've learned in marriage is to speak your needs say out loud your expectations or what you're thinking or what you're needing or wanting and part of that is being self-aware of knowing what you need but also saying it and saying it out loud it can be scary it's a little bit vulnerable cuz your spouse either you know can fulfill it won't fulfill it can't fulfill it like either way how it goes but putting yourself out there and saying it out loud is so key cuz half the time your spouse doesn't even know they even realize it so that's been one thing that's been so helpful for us is just say it out loud.
