keep an intentional list of all your needs so think about like paper towels maybe you have to buy a plane ticket next month uh cuz you're going out of town you know whatever is is happening in your life just make a list for it don't feel like you have to go buy it right that instant and then let that list guides you so whether it's like once a week go and check it and be like okay what do I really need right now and and let that be your guide versus this instant idea of like oh my gosh I have to buy something and buy it right now.
