so do you look at what coupons do I have what's on sale and you make meals around those things absolutely or maybe let's say chicken is on sale this week or whatever and you're like it's 99 cents a pound you'd be like I'm buying 50 lbs of chicken and you just put it all in the freezer and so maybe this week or next week There's No Deal on chicken but I stocked up when it was cheap and saved it for later which is another tip I like to use kind of reverse meal planning.
