this is just your friendly reminder that renters don't go to hell renting is not a sin okay renting for a period of time is actually very wise if you don't have money you don't have a down payment you don't have an emergency fund you're living paycheck to paycheck you're in debt buying a house may not be the smart move probably not the smart move so what renting does it buys you time to get a stable Foundation under you financially then to be able to go into buying a house a really Wise Way I've talked to so many people even today when I was at work on the ramsy show and they have so much house and it some of them it was 50% of their income per month was going to their mortgage because the bank would let them take out this x amount of loan they thought it was a good idea it was just it ends up being terrible so renting buys you time so remember if you're a renter it's okay it's okay
